What countries do you ship to?

A full list of the countries where we ship our products is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email include the tracking number and carrier. You can then track your order status in time.

What is your shipping method?

The shipping method ranges from DHL,TNT,UPS and FedEx. It depends on your shipping address and the item you ordered. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

How much is the shipping fee？

We have different shipping rates for different product and countries. For domestic orders in Dubai and Sharjah,  the shipping fee ranges from free to $80. For other countries, please check your shipping fee at the checkout page.  

What is the delivery time for my order? 

For Dubai and Sharjah orders, x5 and x8 will be shipped via UPS, which will take 2-6 business days to arrive. For other countries, the orders will take 7-12 business days to arrive.
