What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries in the Middle East.
A full list of the countries where we ship our products is available on the Payment Page. When you click on the Country drop-down window, you will see the list of countries.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email include the tracking number and carrier. You can then track your order status in time.
What is your shipping method?
Orders from UAE will be shipped from Dubai via Emirates Post or other carrier. Orders from other countries will be shipped by specific carrier. The shipping method ranges from Emirates Post, DHL,TNT,UPS and FedEx. It depends on your shipping address and the item you ordered. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
How much is the shipping fee?
We have different shipping rates for different product and countries. For domestic orders in UAE, the shipping fee ranges from free to $80. For other countries, please check your shipping fee at the checkout page.
What is the delivery time for my order?
For domestic orders, x5 and x8 will be shipped via UPS, which will take 2-6 business days to arrive. For the smaller items, we will ship it via USPS, which takes 2-4 business days to arrive. For other countries, the orders will take 7-12 business days to arrive.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
